1. Who we are

The service is run by EvrimApps OÜ, registry code 16997165, VAT EE102742716, Pärnu mnt 139b, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: evrimdemir0@gmail.com.

2. The service

We show public fuel prices published by the Portuguese Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG), averages we calculate from them, the cheapest stations near a place you choose, alerts, and an estimate of next week's price change.

We are not affiliated with DGEG or with any fuel brand. Prices can change at the station before DGEG publishes them: always check the price at the pump.

Next week's estimate is a model based on international fuel-product quotes. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.

3. Account

You can use the free part without an account. When you subscribe we create an account for you and link it to the email you give at checkout. You can sign in on another device with a link sent to that email.

4. Subscription and payment

The paid plan adds the cheapest station near you with alerts when a station near you drops its price, price alerts you set, and the Friday alert with next week's estimate.

Plans: yearly €14.99 or monthly €2.49, VAT included. There is no free trial. You are charged on the day you subscribe, and the plan renews automatically every year or every month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record (reseller). Polar's terms also apply to the payment, and the receipt comes from Polar.

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal (link in Profile). After cancelling, access stays until the end of the period already paid.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from your first purchase to withdraw. Email us within those 14 days and we refund the full amount, even if you have already used the service.

After 14 days, payments for the current period are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Renewals can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.

6. Fair use

Do not copy the data in bulk, scrape the site or app, or use them in a way that harms the service or other users.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the data correct, but we depend on public data and cannot guarantee that every price is current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the prices or estimates shown. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to paid plans are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply, and you can cancel before then.

9. Law and complaints

Contact us first at evrimdemir0@gmail.com. Consumers in Portugal can also use the Livro de Reclamações (livroreclamacoes.pt) and an alternative dispute resolution centre such as CNIACC (cniacc.pt). Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence always apply.
